Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Reduce.
• You are responsible for account activity and for protecting your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Reduce lets you create scheduled digests from connected content sources, configure prompts, and receive generated summaries by email and in-app views.

We may add, remove, or modify features over time, including plan limits and supported integrations.

• Paid subscriptions, if any, are billed through our billing provider.
• If a trial is offered, trial terms are shown at signup or checkout.
• You authorize us and our billing provider to process charges for your selected plan.
• Downgrade, cancellation, and grace period behavior follows the plan and product logic active in the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent acts.
• Interfere with or disrupt service operation, security, or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access, data extraction, or reverse engineering beyond what law allows.
• Use Reduce to violate rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

You retain ownership of content and inputs you provide, including prompts, digest names, and source selections. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, summarize, and deliver that data to operate the service.

If you enable public sharing for a digest, anyone with the public link may access shared digest information and published issues. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

Reduce may use third-party AI and data providers to fetch and summarize content. Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it.

Reduce and related software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Reduce and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from within the app.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reduce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
